PAYMENT SCHEDULE

- 1,000,000 CZK + VAT - reservation fee (creditable with the first deposit of the purchase price)
- 20% of the purchase price within 10 days after signing the SOSBK
- 30% of the purchase price within 10 days after notification of the completion of rough construction (rough construction completed)
- 30% of the purchase price within 10 days after notification of the completion of the "white walls" status
- 20% of the purchase price within 10 days after the notification of approval of the building
PAYMENT SCHEDULE - MORTGAGE
Part of the purchase price (depending on the client's creditworthiness and the total amount of the mortgage loan) can be financed with a mortgage loan. For more detailed information, the client can contact a contractually secured mortgage broker. We guarantee:
